ELIA's Networking Days Dublin

ELIA is very pleased to announce Networking Days Dublin to be held 11-12 October 2010. This will be the ninth Networking Days organized by ELIA and will be a great follow-up to the highly successful ND Istanbul that just finished. The program once again features three tracks with four sessions each day, providing both the in-depth, applicable know-how of ELIA's characteristic full-day workshops and informative introductions to topics, products and services less familiar during the fifteen thought-provoking sessions.

The sessions will include tracks on:

• The art of telesales (full-day)
• Best practices for recruiting, vendor management, pricing and quoting, and training.
• Machine Translation - controlled English, practical application of machine translation, post editing
• Making the sale—the sales presentation (live), reporting, pricing
• Innovation—TermWiki, CNGL and more
