Congratulations to the NEW and RETURNING ELIA Directors

ELIA is very pleased to announce the election of first-time ELIA directors Renato Beninatto and Marianna Hill and to welcome back Laurentiu Constantin and Katalin Orbán. All four have been elected by you to a two-year term that will last from the 25th of September 2009 until the ELIA Annual General Meeting of 2011. This was all made possible because a very respectable 65% of ELIA members voted in this election. Thank you!

New ELIA Directors

ELIA is fortunate to have these four to help guide the Association for the next two years. Both Laurentiu and Katalin bring a year's worth of experience as an ELIA Director along with their personal expertise and experiences. Renato offers an incredible wealth of knowledge about the industry world-wide and has proven flair for marketing while Marianna brings amongst other things, years of experience in the industry along with a PR and communications background. Together this group will help to round out the ELIA Board of Directors.

You are invited to meet your four new representatives and the other Directors on Friday 25 September at the ELIA Annual General Meeting that will take place at the Lindner Hotel--the same location as ND Vienna. The meeting begins at 18:00 and will end by 20:00. Please contact John Terninko at ELIA to reserve your seat.

After the meeting we will all be going to the Salm Bräu Brewery, Distillery and Restaurant for dinner and we invite you to join us. Again, if you would like to come and you haven't already signed up please write John to reserve a seat.
