Registration

  • Please complete one form for each person attending from your company.
  • All fields with an asterisk (*) MUST be completed or you will receive an error message.
  • Payment is expected upon receipt of the registration form. No one will be admitted to the event without proof of payment. Normal payment to ELIA is found below and on the registration Thank You page. For those who live in Romania and wish to avoid paying the bank charges for a transfer or wish to pay in the Romanian lei please make a write "local invoice" in the comment section of the form below. Those companies or individuals so indicating will receive an invoice for payment from one of our Romanian ELIA Board Members, Laurentiu Constantin of New Compass Services, with the in-country payment information.

Terms of Registration

  • To qualify for the Early Bird rate you must register by date set above and ELIA must have received payment within one week of registration.
  • If your company sends more than one participant to same session, the registration fee is reduced for each subsequent participant.
  • Payment of all fees must be made when registering by bank transfer only. The bank details can be found on the Thank You page after registration is submitted). If payment has not been received prior to the Early Bird deadline, proof of payment must be sent by fax or email to qualify for the Early Bird discount. If registering late all fees must be paid or you must be able to demonstrate that payment has been made in order to attend the events.
  • All bank transfer charges will be paid by the sender.

Cancellation

    Refunds (less a 40 euro processing fee) will be given according to the following schedule:

    • Three weeks prior to the event: Full refund
    • Two weeks prior to the event: One-half refund
    • Within two weeks of the event: No refund

    Substitution registrations will be accepted. Requests for registration cancellation and refunds as well as registration substitutions must be received in writing.
