Terms of Registration

If your company sends more than one participant to same session, the registration fee is reduced for each subsequent participant.
Payment of all fees must be made when registering by bank transfer only. The bank details can be found on the Thank You page after registration is submitted). If payment has not been received prior to the Early Bird deadline, proof of payment must be sent by fax or email to qualify for the Early Bird discount. If registering late all fees must be paid or you must be able to demonstrate that payment has been made in order to attend the events.
All bank transfer charges will be paid by the sender.

Cancellation

Refunds (less a 40 euro processing fee) will be given according to the following schedule:

Three weeks prior to the event: Full refund
Two weeks prior to the event: One-half refund
Within two weeks of the event: No refund

Substitution registrations will be accepted. Requests for registration cancellation and refunds as well as registration substitutions must be received in writing.
