Eszter Avar
Management Consultant and Organisational Psychologist, Corporate Values Consultancy Ltd.
I graduated as an economist with an MA in Management & Organisation. Prior to studying Economics, I gained masters degrees in both Psychology and Mathematics.
During my years of practising as an organisational development consultant, I have worked with several multinational companies eg. T-Com, Lufthansa Systems, Siemens, Vodafone, GE . However, my main focus has always been the world of small enterprises. In my experience, helping them to focus on „soft areas” such as communication, problem solving and leadership not only makes these small companies better businesses but places where it is fun to work.
I am also a university lecturer, my specializations are Organisational Development, Team Building, Communication and Presentation Skills.
