Student and Educator Registration Requirements

Qualifying educators and students are able to attend at 50% off of the normal membership rates. To register please use the registration form below.
Students. To qualify you must be a full-time student and under the age of 26. Please provide proof of your status as a student by sending to ELIA, the name of your school, a scan of your student identification card or other document proving you are a full-time student along with a photo document (driver license, country identification card or passport) that indicates your age. We also ask that you show us the originals when you check-in at the event. You will be listed in the program as a student from your school.
Educator. This category is intended for faculty and staff of secondary schools and universities. If you are listed as an employee of one of these educational institutions please send to ELIA the name of the institution, your position there and provide a contact (name, title, phone number and email) at the institution that can confirm your status. You will be listed as a member of the educational institution in the conference program.

Deadlines and Proof of Payment

The Early Bird Deadline is Tuesday, 10 September.
Proof of payment is due by 11 September. Payment is expected upon receipt of the registration form. No one will be admitted to the event without proof of payment.

TERMS OF REGISTRATION*

To qualify for the Early Bird rate you must register by 10 September 2009 (inclusive) and send proof of payment by 5 September.
If your company sends more than one participant to same session, the registration fee is reduced for each subsequent participant.
Payment of all fees must be made when registering by bank transfer only. The bank details can be found on the Thank You page after registration is submitted). If payment has not been received prior to the Early Bird deadline, proof of payment must be sent by fax or email to qualify for the Early Bird discount. If registering late all fees must be paid or you must be able to demonstrate that payment has been made in order to attend the events.
All bank transfer charges will be paid by the sender.

Cancellation

Refunds (less a 60 euro processing fee) will be given according to the following schedule:

Two weeks prior to the event (by 11 September): Full refund
One weeks prior to the event (by 17 September): One-half refund
Within two weeks of the event (after 17 September): No refund

Substitution registrations will be accepted. Requests for registration cancellation and refunds as well as registration substitutions must be received in writing.
