Terms of Registration

• To qualify for the Early Bird rate you must register by 13 October, 2011 (inclusive). Payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
• Payment of all fees must be made when registering, either by bank transfer, credit card or Moneybookers account. The bank details can be found on the Thank You page after registration is submitted). If payment has not been received prior to the Early Bird deadline, proof of payment must be sent by fax or email to qualify for the Early Bird discount. If registering late all fees must be paid or you must be able to demonstrate that payment has been made in order to attend the events.
• All bank transfer charges will be paid by the sender.

Cancellation

Refunds (less a 60 euro processing fee) will be given according to the following schedule:

• Up until four weeks prior to the event: Full refund
• Up until two weeks prior to the event: One-half refund
• Within two weeks of the event: No refund

Substitution registrations will be accepted. Requests for registration cancellation and refunds as well as registration substitutions must be received in writing.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our website visitors, applicants or registrants to third parties except as follows. For purposes of association events and activities we may disclose specific information about registrations or membership to other registrants, sponsors, partner organizations or other members when permission is provided.
