ELIA Membership Application
Dear Applicant,
We are very glad you would like to become an ELIA member. To apply please read the information below and then type in your information in the the form below. Fields marked in bold are mandatory.
Within a couple of days of receipt of your application ELIA will send you an invoice for payment. As soon as we receive the funds in our account, your membership will be activated and you will be eligible for the full benefits of membership.
Details
The membership year lasts for one calendar year, January to January, even for new members signing up part of the way through the year. New members that sign up part way through the year only pay for the months remaining in the current year. The monthly price is listed under the description of each membership type.
ELIA has two types of membership:
- Full Membership.To be eligible for Full Membership your company must be actively providing translation, localization, internationalization, or globalization products or services on a full time basis to paying clients and employ two or more persons—owner included.
The price is ?350/year or ?30/month. - Associate Membership. Companies or organizations that do not actively engage in the business of providing language services, such as tools developers, training suppliers, consultancies, vendors and educational groups, may become Associate Members.
The price is ?500/year or ?45/month.
There is an additional one-time initial signing fee of ?100 for all new applicants for ELIA membership.
