Registration

Please complete one form for each person attending from your company. It is important that all fields in bold are filled in or checked or you will receive an error message and be re-directed to another page to correct the omission. Be sure to read and indicate you agree to abide by the Terms of Registration at the bottom of the page. To register multiple people, once you've clicked the Submit Registration button click on your browser's Go Back button and you will return to this page with the form still filled out.

Once you've registered, we will process your registration upon receipt and send an invoice to the email address provided.

Deadlines and Proof of Payment

The Early Bird Deadline is Wednesday, 15 September 2010. Payment is expected upon receipt of the registration form. Payment details will be found on the Thank You for Registering webpage or on the ELIA Contact page.

No one will be admitted to the event without proof of payment.

Terms of Registration
  • To qualify for the Early Bird rate you must register by 15 September 2010 (inclusive). Payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
  • Payment of all fees must be made when registering by bank transfer only. The bank details can be found on the Thank You page after registration is submitted). If payment has not been received prior to the Early Bird deadline, proof of payment must be sent by fax or email to qualify for the Early Bird discount. If registering late all fees must be paid or you must be able to demonstrate that payment has been made in order to attend the events.
  • All bank transfer charges will be paid by the sender.

Cancellation

Refunds (less a 60 euro processing fee) will be given according to the following schedule:

  • Up until four weeks prior to the event: Full refund
  • Up until two weeks prior to the event: One-half refund
  • Within two weeks of the event: No refund

Substitution registrations will be accepted. Requests for registration cancellation and refunds as well as registration substitutions must be received in writing.
