Please complete one form for each person attending from your company.
All fields with an asterisk (*) MUST be completed or you will receive an error message.
If you have any trouble with the electronic registration form, there is a downloadable registration form.

Deadlines and Proof of Payment

The Early Bird Deadline is Friday, 12 September.
Proof of payment is due by 16 September. Payment is expected upon receipt of the registration form. No one will be admitted to the event without proof of payment.

Cancellation

Refunds (less a 60 euro processing fee) will be given according to the following schedule:

Three weeks prior to the event (by 12 September): Full refund
Two weeks prior to the event (by 19 September): One-half refund
Within two weeks of the event (after 19 September): No refund

Substitution registrations will be accepted. Requests for registration cancellation and refunds as well as registration substitutions must be received in writing.

TERMS OF REGISTRATION*

To qualify for the Early Bird rate you must register by 12 September 2008 (inclusive) and send proof of payment by 16 September.
If your company sends more than one participant to same session, the registration fee is reduced for each subsequent participant.
Payment of all fees must be made when registering by bank transfer only. If payment has not been received prior to the Early Bird deadline, proof of payment must be sent by fax or email to qualify for the Early Bird discount. If registering late all fees must be paid or you must be able to demonstrate that payment has been made in order to attend the events.
All bank transfer charges will be paid by the sender.
Cancellations will be charge a €60 administration fee. If a written request for a refund is made by:
18 September – full refund will be given
25 September – one-half refund
No refund will be given after 25 September
Substitutions will be accepted if submitted in writing.
